Swiss Chard is basically the only green left for now, but we hope to keep those plants alive throughout the heat of summer. We have two new squash varieties for you: "Benning's Green Tint" (a pre world war 1 heirloom pattypan) and "Yellow Crookneck" (bumpy on the outside with great buttery texture). We'll be giving you extra snap beans this week, since they're really starting to come in. Harvesting them is tedious and hard on the back, but this variety sure lives up to its name: "Provider". We're just about out of dill, but let us know if you specifically need some more, so we can swap out. Other than that, the harvest will look about like it did last week...which is to say, yum. We hope you have been enjoying the produce!
